The course of study for B.Pharm shall extend over a period of eight semesters (four academic years) and six semesters (three academic years) for lateral entry students. The curriculum and syllabi for the program shall be prescribed from time to time by the Pharmacy Council of India, New Delhi.

Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm Lateral Entry)

The Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm Lateral Entry) program is designed to provide students with comprehensive knowledge and skills in the field of pharmaceutical sciences. The duration of the course is:

  • Regular Entry: 8 semesters (4 academic years)
  • Lateral Entry: 6 semesters (3 academic years)

The curriculum and syllabi are periodically prescribed and updated by the Pharmacy Council of India (PCI), New Delhi, to meet industry standards and evolving healthcare needs.

This structured program prepares students for careers in the pharmaceutical industry, healthcare sector, research, and higher education.

  • B.Pharm (Lateral Entry) – 3 Years:
    Eligibility: Pass in D.Pharm (Diploma in Pharmacy).
  1. Verification of Marksheet: Submit your original and photocopies of marksheets for verification.
  2. Course Enquiry: Get detailed information about the available courses, eligibility, and career scope.
  3. Discussion with Parents/Guardians: Discuss the course options, fee structure, and future opportunities with parents before finalizing.
  4. Filling Admission Form: Complete the admission form carefully with all required personal, academic, and contact details.
  5. Scholarship Verification (if applicable): Based on counselling, scholarships or fee concessions will be verified and applied.
  6. Final Admission Confirmation: After successful verification and approval, the admission will be confirmed.
