M.Pharm is a specialized postgraduate course that builds upon the foundational knowledge acquired during the Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm). MASTER OF PHARMACY (M.Pharm)

The Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm) is a postgraduate program that provides comprehensive knowledge and practical skills across various fields of pharmaceutical sciences. This program aims to prepare students with advanced competencies in areas including pharmaceutics, pharmaceutical chemistry, pharmaceutical analysis, Pharmacognosy, Pharmacology quality assurance, and regulatory affairs. By integrating classroom instruction, laboratory experience, and research-oriented projects, students develop a robust understanding of drug formulation, manufacturing techniques, quality control, and the regulatory frameworks that oversee the pharmaceutical sector. The program prioritizes innovation, ethical standards, and readiness for the industry, equipping graduates for roles in pharmaceutical firms, research institutions, regulatory agencies, and educational establishments.

A Bachelor of Pharmacy (B. Pharm) degree examination from an Indian university, established by law in India, and from an institution recognized by the Pharmacy Council of India, must have been completed with a minimum score of 50% of the total marks (aggregate over 4 years of B. Pharm).

All students who are selected for admission to a postgraduate pharmacy program must have obtained registration with the State Pharmacy Council or must secure such registration within one month from the date of their admission. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of the candidate’s admission.
