Therefore, a strong base of Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and is also being developed for better learning for evolving and innovating scientific models.
PEO 2 Through innovative classroom teaching with through ICT tools models and demonstrations, students develop an ability of perceiving the real time imageries and processes which develops their logical thinking and communication skills. Propagating their thoughts through presentations and participation in various related societies enhance their cultural- social-national centric thought.

PSO 1 To understand the nature of various component of earth system including planetary objects, its origin, its components and operative processes in past and present
PSO 2 To acquire theoretical framework for understanding the nature of geological material including rocks, minerals and fossils
PSO 3 To integrate observations and theory for describing natural geological process in past and present
To apply the knowledge of the material and processes in mineral and energy exploration, oceanography, soil and water resource
PSO 4 To apply the knowledge gained through field work for greater understanding of earth and related phenomena.

PO1 To develop an in-depth knowledge and skills in qualitative and quantitative research methods through laboratory, field and web modes of learning.
PO2 Recognize the need for sustainable use of earth resources, and value environmental, indigenous and other community perspective on geological activities.
PO3 Apply geological knowledge and critical thinking skills to identify a problem and to describe a strategy for handling.
