🎓 Eligibility Criteria – Pachamuthu College of Nursing

1. Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in Nursing

Duration: 4 Years
Eligibility Requirements:
- Passed 10+2 (Higher Secondary Education) or equivalent.
- Must have studied:
  - Physics, Chemistry, and Biology
  - or Physics, Chemistry, Botany, and Zoology
- Subject to medical fitness and norms of the Indian Nursing Council (INC).

2. Diploma in General Nursing & Midwifery (GNM)

Duration: 3 Years
Eligibility Requirements:
- Completed 10+2 (Higher Secondary Education) or equivalent.
- Eligible subject streams include:
  - Science Stream (Physics, Chemistry, Biology or Mathematics)
  - Mathematics Group
  - Vocational Stream (Health Care/Nursing-related)
- Medical fitness as per INC norms is mandatory.

1. BPT – Bachelor of Physiotherapy

Duration: 4 Years + 6 Months Internship (Total: 4.5 Years)
Eligibility:
- Passed +2 (Higher Secondary) or equivalent examination.
- Subjects must include:
  - Mathematics or Biology
  - or Pure Science group (Botany, Zoology, Physics, Chemistry)
- No age limit for admission.

Duration: 3 Years
Eligibility:
- Passed 10+2 (Higher Secondary) or equivalent examination from a recognized board.
- Minimum 50% aggregate marks in the qualifying exam.
- Only women candidates are eligible to apply.
- Should not exceed 24 years of age as on July 1^st of the admission year.
- Age relaxation: Up to 2 years for physically challenged candidates.
