Admission Details


M.Pharm (Master of Pharmacy) – 2 Years:

Eligibility: B.Pharm degree from an institution approved by the Pharmacy Council of India (PCI) and affiliated with a recognized university.
Minimum Marks: 55% for general candidates and 50% for SC/ST/SCA/SCC (as per Tamil Nadu Dr. MGR Medical University norms).
  • Candidates must have completed their B.Pharm from a PCI-approved college and undergone practical training as prescribed.
  • Admission is based on merit or entrance examination conducted by competent authorities or the affiliating university.
  • Specializations offered may include: Pharmaceutics, Pharmacology, Pharmaceutical Analysis, Pharmacy Practice, and Pharmaceutical Chemistry (subject to availability).

Admission Procedure:
  1. Step 1 – Application Submission: Interested candidates must fill out the application form available at the college office or official website.
  2. Step 2 – Eligibility Verification: Candidates must fulfill the eligibility criteria as prescribed by Tamil Nadu Dr. MGR Medical University and the Pharmacy Council of India (PCI).
  3. Step 3 – Document Submission: Submit photocopies of required documents including mark sheets, transfer certificate, community certificate (if applicable), and passport-sized photographs.
  4. Step 4 – Counseling / Selection: Eligible candidates may be called for a counseling session or merit-based selection as per university or college norms.
  5. Step 5 – Admission Confirmation & Fee Payment: Once selected, candidates must confirm admission by paying the prescribed fees within the stipulated time either online or at the college office.

  • Submitting false documents or information at the time of admission or during examinations constitutes serious misconduct.
